What do I need to pay?

A crypto wallet in your browser, such as Phantom, MetaMask, Rabby or Coinbase Wallet, with ETH on Robinhood Chain. Phantom already has Robinhood Chain built in; other wallets are asked to add it for you. You need the price plus a very small network fee. On a phone, open this page in your wallet app's browser.

How is the ETH price set?

All prices are in US dollars. When you connect your wallet, we convert the total to ETH with Chainlink's ETH/USD rate. That amount is locked for 15 minutes.

When do I get my files?

Right after your payment has 5 confirmations on Robinhood Chain, which usually takes a few seconds. The ZIP file then downloads straight into your Downloads folder. The links also stay under My downloads in this browser for a year, so you can download again.

How are personal designs made?

Our design engine draws them from your name, handle, style, colours and variation, exactly as in the preview but in full size and without the watermark. Check the spelling before you pay, because the files are made with the text you typed.

Can I use the designs for my business?

Yes, on your own profiles and channels, including commercial ones. Ready-made designs aren't exclusive, so other people can buy the same one. Please don't resell the files.

Can I get a refund?

Payments on a blockchain can't be reversed, so look at the previews carefully before you pay. If a download doesn't work, keep your transaction link and get in touch with us.
